Sande ensures that the Mpirigiti Rural Training Center properties are always clean and the grounds maintained by sweeping, and slashing grass. He maintains landscape and lawn areas by planting grass, flowers, trimming trees and bushes, and fertilizing flowers and other plants as well as implementing irrigation and fumigation strategies as needed. Sande is also responsible for ensuring public washrooms are cleaned and maintained as well as cleaning the water storage tank on a routine basis.
