Augustus joined the ISU-UP education team in 2022 as a Vocational Education Assistant where he leads the Young Mother’s Skilling Project. The project helps young mothers to attain skills that they can utilize to earn income and sustain themselves. Augustus holds a bachelor's degree in Adult and Community Education from Kyambogo University. He has previously served as a licensed primary education teacher, worked with Students Partnership Worldwide (SPW), served as a political leader at the parish level, and served as department head for the music, dance, and drama program at a primary school. He has also served as the music trainer for ISU-UP drumming sessions and assisted with the school gardening program.
